Cover the trailer surface with the floral sheeting, attach the fringe along the edges to cover the undercarriage, and lastly, trim the edges with the twists. All together, the materials included in this kit easily decorate a 6' x 8' parade float for a Homecoming parade, holiday parade, patriotic patriotic, and more.
